Pricing
Proqik doesn't set a fixed price list — professionals price their own packages. Here's exactly how money moves on the platform.
For customers
- Session pricing. Each professional sets their own hourly rate and package prices, shown on their profile before you book.
- Booking. An advance payment (shown at checkout) confirms your booking — the rest follows the professional's package terms.
- Marketplace orders. Album Marketplace orders are the product subtotal plus applicable GST, shown at checkout in the app.
- Cancellations. More than 24 hours before your session: 90% refund. Within 24 hours: 50%. After the session starts: no refund. See our Refund Policy.
For professionals
- Free to list. Creating a profile, uploading a portfolio, and listing packages costs nothing.
- 15% platform commission. Proqik takes a 15% fee from each completed booking's amount — the rest is paid out to your Wallet.
- You set your own rates. Hourly rate, package pricing, and add-ons are entirely up to you.
- Payouts. Completed-booking earnings land in your Proqik Wallet; withdraw to a linked UPI ID or bank account anytime.
