Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is drawn directly from Section 4 of our Terms of Service and applies to every booking made through Proqik.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancelling more than 24 hours before the scheduled session: 90% refund.

Cancelling within 24 hours of the session: 50% refund.

Cancelling after the session has started: no refund.

Refunds are credited to your Proqik Wallet, not directly to your original payment method.
