Before a booking is confirmed and paid for, Proqik automatically screens chat messages for phone numbers, WhatsApp/social handles, email addresses, payment links, and language like "pay directly" or "let's continue outside the app" — sharing these before a booking exists is how leads get diverted off-platform. Edit your message to remove the flagged content and try sending again.

Can I share my phone number or WhatsApp once a booking is confirmed?

Yes. Once a booking is confirmed and the advance payment is made, you and the professional can freely share phone numbers, WhatsApp details, or a map link to coordinate the event — none of that gets blocked or warned. We only continue to watch for language soliciting a future booking or payment outside Proqik (e.g. "book me directly next time" or "avoid the platform commission").

Why is my chat or booking access restricted?

Repeated policy violations — sharing contact info before a booking exists, or soliciting future business outside Proqik — can temporarily restrict your chat or booking access. You'll see a notice explaining the restriction — Contact Us if you think this was a mistake.
